August 12, 2009: Florida Home, Condo Sales on the Rise - South Florida Business Journal Sales of existing single-family homes in Florida rose 23 percent in the second quarter, year-over-year, according to the latest housing statistics from the Florida Association of Realtors. Condo sales statewide rose 29 percent, to 14,742 from 11,459 a year ago.
